Wherever you are with your writing, whether you've got a few scribbled lines or a completed manuscript, these inspirational and instructional sessions will help you.

Spend a Sunday afternoon learning professional tips, tricks and advice:

1. Write is a verb at 12:30pm.
Pen to paper - start writing with creative exercises.

2. Genre writing at 1:30pm.
Break into smaller groups and focus on the genre you're writing.

3. Proposals and publishing at 2:30pm.
Take the next step with your work - discover how to get it published.

Come along for the session that best suits you, or for all three sessions.

Mackay Writers Silver Jubilee Weekend

Join guest authors Peter Watt, Anita Bell, Sandy Shore and Kate Eltham and immerse yourself in a weekend of words.

Workshops run all weekend and a gala dinner will be held on Saturday evening.
